REVIEW Benton Tea Tree Mist

Hello there ! Welcome back to my blog ^^~
As you know, living in city full of pollution, super hot and has a humid climate give my skin a bad impact.

Acne, oily skin, enlargened pores and dehydrated skin are the most face skin problems in Jakarta. In order to get rid of it, you must have a good skincare or you’re skin will protest you really really bad :’) lol

Forget the usual skincare routine like serum, cream, etc. this time I’m going to share a product that often forgotten by us. It’s face mist! Specifically, it’s Benton Tea Tree Mist.

About The Brand

Benton is inspired by and named after the movie ‘The Curious Case of Benjamin Button’ in which Benjamin Button grows younger with time. It may just be a fictional movie, but wouldn’t most people have the same desire to be young again?

Benton desires to restore your skin back to its original healthy condition with healthy recipes, rather than to give temporary effects with harmful ingredients. Also, Benton presents freshly made products by sticking to small batch production.

About The Product

Meet the newly upgraded Benton Tea Tree Mist!
  • Unlike the previous version, the mist sprays more evenly, minimizing lumps in the nozzle.
  • Benton Tea Tree Mist has a larger container than before, allowing generous use on other parts of the body that need effective soothing such as the chests or back.
  • It is packaged in a sealed vacuum container which cannot be opened using only
the hands. This reassures minimum contact with air and suppresses oxidization.
Benton Tea Tree Mist contains a high content of locally produced tea tree leaf water, which soothes skin that is dry and irritated due to external factors. Also, hyaluronic acid in the mist hydrates and keeps skin moist.

It is recommended for :
- Preventing skin damage / irritated skin that needs soothing
- Skin with excessive sebum / poor oil-water balance
- Skin sensitive to chemical ingredients
- Dry & dehydrated skin

Packaging

Benton Tea Tree Mist comes with a soft green box, along with dark green description. One thing that I like is, they typed the ingredients & directions with English. Since their customer not only korean peaople, it really helps us to read, right?

For the bottle inside, as I mention before, it comes with larger container due to renewal. It comes with plastic material, convenient to carry, and has a hygienic vacuum container!

Another one plus point is, they wrote the MFG (manufactured date) + EXP date! Whoah, such an improvement!

Korean beauty brand are well known for the lacking of EXP date. So so much people thought that the MFG is EXP one. I’ve seen many customer complained for they received an expired product because of the misunderstanding lol.

Ingredients

Because I’m a thoughtful person, I’ll write the full ingredients for you guys ;p

Ingredients:
Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Water, Aqua (Water), Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Althaea Rosea Root Extract, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Beta-Glucan, Polyglutamic Acid, Aspalathus Linearis Extract, Portulaca Oleracea Extract, Psidium Guajava Fruit Extract, Zanthoxylum Piperitum Fruit Extract, Pulsatilla Koreana Extract, Usnea Barbata (Lichen) Extract

Main Ingredients :
  • Tea Tree Leaf Water:
Used by the indigenous people of Australia as remedies from long ago, tea tree leaves have excellent antibacterial properties and have been used as treatment for infections. They have exceptional soothing and deodorizing effects too. For the skin, they have diverse benefits and are great for soothing, hydrating and protecting the skin.

  • Sodium Hyaluronate (the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid):
Sodium Hyaluronate used in cosmetics delivers moisture directly, keeping the skin moist, supple and firm. Naturally produced Sodium Hyaluronate in the skin decreases as people age, making the skin less elastic and retain less water causing dryness.

How To Use

You can spray Benton Tea Tree Mist whenever your skin feels dry, also it can be used as a skin toner conveniently, without the need to apply with the hands or cotton pads.

Texture and Scent

Benton Tea Tree Mist has a very very mild tea tree scent. It sort of calms me when I used it :p

The mist itself is very lightweight. It’s not tacky or leave heavy feeling at all, instead it has an excellent soothing feeling and spreads evenly to my skin ^^~

It also absorbs to skin pretty fast, and I don’t have any problem after using it.

As you can see, After 2 weeks of use it really don’t harm my skin. Instead, the mist helps to improve it!

My zits, scar, redness, etc seem to calmed down. It also keeps my skin moist and hydrated, but not make it more oily.

I don’t say that you magically can get rid of all your skin problems with this mist, but it really helps to prevent it. :D

Pro’s
-keeps skin moist and supple

-it really does it’s job for hydrating skin
